I believe in this space. We need to constantly reaffirm our Code of Conduct and Core Principles

With the recent conversation on [October Rewards Distribution](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/october-rewards-distribution/3133)

Therefore I would like to reaffirm this. Should I have overstepped my bounds.
