The Governance Operations Working Group recommends that these IIPs be closed in light of subsequent execution challenges unique to each, described below. ‌ ## Abstract If implemented this proposal will cancel any remaining executive action prescribed by IIP nos. 48, 62, and 96 immediately. ## Motivation The status of three IIPs with a PASS result via snapshot vote remain unexecuted: - [IIP-48: MVI Growth Budget](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/iip-48-mvi-growth-budget/1648) No funds were moved following execution and funds are no longer requested. Cancelation requested by the proposer [here](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/iip-48-mvi-growth-budget/1648/4). - [IIP-62: DPI:ETH Liquidity Mining on Polygon](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/iip-62-dpi-eth-liquidity-mining-on-polygon/2185) The desired result of the IIP was achieved ahead of execution and allocating resources is no longer desirable. Cancelation requested by the proposer [here](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/iip-62-dpi-eth-liquidity-mining-on-polygon/2185/12). - [IIP-96: MVI Liquidity Migration to Uniswap v3 with Staking](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/proposed-iip-96-mvi-liquidity-migration-to-uniswap-v3-with-staking/2965) More favorable implementations are available to achieve the migration of liquidity. Cancelation requested by the proposer [here](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/proposed-iip-96-mvi-liquidity-migration-to-uniswap-v3-with-staking/2965/8). ## Specification ### Rationale Cancelation of IIPs that are no longer expected to achieve the desired outcome will allow resources to be better allocated within the DAO. ### Technical Specification ‌IIP Nos. 48, 62, and 96 will be cancelled and no further action will be taken. ### V‌OTING: #### FOR CANCEL IIP nos. 48, 62, and 96 and TAKE NO FURTHER EXECUTIVE ACTION. #### AGAINST EXECUTE IIP nos. 48, 62, and 96 to the extent practical ACCORDING TO THE ORIGINAL SPECIFICATIONS. ## Copyright Copyright and related rights waived via[CC0](https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/). ---
