Update: PRDs will continue to be a critical step in the product development process, but they will not be shared publicly within product proposals.

However, they will be available to contributors upon request, per @DocHabanero 's [comment](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/iip-136-dg-launch-the-fixed-suite/3974/8) on the FIXED proposal.
