## Simple Summary
This proposal reverses course on IIP-154 in light of budgetary concerns raised subsequent to passage.
## Abstract
We propose that IIP-154 NOT be executed as currently required and instead no action be taken (effectively canceling IIP-154).
## Motivation
While community sentiment was positive, budgetary concerns have caused a shift in execution appetite subsequent to passage of IIP-154. This proposal aims to give the community an opportunity to reconsider the $50,000 USDC spend in light of runway concerns.
## Specification
Do not execute IIP-154 as currently prescribed by the positive vote and instead deprecate IIP-154 unexecuted.
## Voting
**FOR:** DEPRECATE IIP-154 and DO NOT DONATE $50,000 in Gitcoin GR14
**AGAINST:** DO NOTHING and LEAVE IIP-154 UNCHANGED AND DONATE $50,000 in Gitcoin GR14

Despite voting in favor of IIP-154 and upon second considerations, revoking IIP-154 makes a lot more sense given current market conditions
We will be supporting this vote to depreciate IIP-154
