# IIP-159: Update Operations and Investment Account Account Signers

**Following on from IIP-158 we realised that reducing the number of signers on the operations account does not make operational efficiency sense, we have contributors worldwide and ensuring appropriate coverage of timezones is important.**

# Simple Summary
This proposal seeks to the following:
1. Change the Operations Accounts Gnosis Safe from a 3 of 9 to a 3 of 11 by adding two signers.
2. Modify the signers on the Operations Account and Investment Account Gnosis Safe as a result of inactivity.

# Abstract
The operations account is to be updated to add two additional contributors in order to maximise operational efficiency and return the multi-sig to its original 3 of 11 structure. @oneski22 will be replaced by @kindeagle
The Investment Account multi-sig is a 4 of 9 wallet which was most recently updated in [IIP-158](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/iip-158-update-multi-sig-structures-and-signers/4317). @oneski22 will be replaced by @0x_Dev .
# Motivation
It is standard practice to post an IIP before making changes to signers on a multi-sig
# Specification
Modify the Operations Account:
- Update from 3 of 9 to 3 of 11
- Add @0x_Dev
- Add @funkmasterflex
- Add @kindeagle
- Remove @oneski22

DO NOT change the existing arrangement.
