The [snapshot vote](https://snapshot.org/#/index-coop.eth/proposal/0x036826600ac2e0b09c828d4bb22a4b7586a8ad8a0b4423a10d8fc2f1923f5087) has closed in favor of buying out Scalara’s interest in DPI!

Index Coop and Scalara will proceed with the transfer of the methodologist role and the respective payment.
