Love the idea of a growth process. Brings to mind Brian Balfour’s [The First Step To Building A Growth Machine](https://brianbalfour.com/essays/growth-process-first-tactics-second) 🙌

A mere thought as I read this quickly: I wonder if the Coop _already_ has enough pieces in place to test this and get it rolling.

Seems like putting in place the infrastructure (memo, dashboard, kanban, etc…) and using the [Bounties Program](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/index-coop-bounty-program/338) & [Rewards Program](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/roles-contributions-and-rewards/150) might work.
