Bonuses attached to certain milestones is aligned with the Coop’s interests 👍

Similar to @BigSky7 I think there should be some lower-threshold incentive(s).

The 3 he lays out as seem appropriate for this trial framework:

It is no small thing for a product to reach any of those milestones.
