Urgency of standing up v2 of the Council 2. The need for a Council at all (as opposed to Nest leads driving strategy OR separating out current Council remit into a strategy pod, external comms pod, etc) 3. This is extremely helpful and interesting. Hopefully, making the Council agenda and minutes public and having a contributor-led Council Agenda will solve a lot of these issues, although unlikely all of them. We also have a Decision Responsibility Chart with the aim again of trying to give as much decision-making power to contributors. Have a look and let us know your thoughts. I like the quantification of community sentiment and it is proving to be an exceptionally good starting point for the 1 on 1 interviews which are underway.
