## March Distribution

This new layout includes:

1. Rewards Dashboard: Summarized contributor rewards in USD. This has been done in order to clarify total reward given there is a number of core hires spread across Index amounts and USDC payment amounts this summary sheet allows for comparison across all contributors. Also provides transparency of spend compared to budget at a nest level and overall
2. Nest specfic tabs - contribution submissions, you may also find any feedback that the leads have left in these tabs for your contribution in column M

## INDEX Valuation

INDEX rewards are first estimated in USD, and then converted to its equivalent INDEX quantity.

The 5 day rolling average value of INDEX is used to calculate INDEX distribution quantity.

The 5 day rolling average as of March 31st (payment date) is calculated as **$11.87 per INDEX**.

The 5 day rolling average of ETH was used to calculate icETH amount as of March 31st (payment date) which was **$3,307.99 per icETH**

## Rewards Distribution

This is the fifth month where rewards have been distributed using Parcel multi-token pay out functionality, there was no Engineering resources required.
