could not agree more here – culture is absolutely critical and trickles down into every. single. thing.

again, major +1 – and at the same time, small teams sharing context with the broader community (i.e. Progress reports [PWG](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/product-wg-report-april-to-mid-may-2021/1556/3), [MVI](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/mvi-update-may-2021/1526), [GWG](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/gwg-ii-april-progress-report/1453), [AWG](https://gov.indexcoop.com/t/awg-april-progress-report/1417)) is crucial.

this is great and begs the question, “is community intent clear enough? If not, how can we improve it as a community?”
