Btc fli on polygon - how to redeem

Hi all, I have some funds in the now inactive Btc 2x Fli on polygon, how do I redeem this as the index coop site won’t connect my wallet on this chain

I still need help with this - indexcoop does seem to support the polygon chain so I can’t redeem

Here you will find a way to redeem the old Polygon FLI’s

Alternatively Set Protocol’s site still works: TokenSets - Asset Management Simplified

Thanks for everyone who has helped so far

When I go to the legacy polygon tokens link, it does not recognise that I own the crypto that is in my wallet

However the other link does work and recognised my balance but won’t let me redeem with the following error
