February Distribution
The February rewards distribution has been posted here.
This new layout includes:
- Rewards Dashboard: Summarized contributor rewards in USD. This has been done in order to clarify total reward given there is a number of core hires spread across Index amounts and USDC payment amounts this summary sheet allows for comparison across all contributors. Also provides transparency of spend compared to budget at a nest level and overall
- Nest specfic tabs - contribution submissions, you may also find any feedback that the leads have left in these tabs for your contribution in column M

INDEX Valuation
INDEX rewards are first estimated in USD, and then converted to its equivalent INDEX quantity.
The 5 day rolling average value of INDEX is used to calculate INDEX distribution quantity.
The 5 day rolling average as of February 28th (payment date) is calculated as $6.60 per INDEX .

Rewards Distribution
This is the fourth month where rewards have been distributed using Parcel multi-token pay out functionality, there was no Engineering resources required.
