[MGC Decision] COMP-59 & COMP-60

The Index Coop Meta-Governance Committee has voted unanimously FOR [COMP-59], to “distribute DAI to users affected by the DAI liquidation event in November 2020”.
The MGC is also supportive of [COMP-60] and voted unanimously FOR “creating a whitelist of addresses for submitting proposals”.
