The Product WG meeting was canceled today, so no WG meetings; however, we did have the Weekly Planning meeting today with everyone looking refreshed.
Calls to Action:
- Reward Sheets are due by Wednesday Sep 1, 23:30 UTC in the August Contributions channel;
- Keep your eyes on crypto-twitter tomorrow for the BED giveaway being co-run with the Bankless DAO crew; there will be $BED giveaways so please retweet and participate; and,
- IIP-80 establishing a process for MetaGov proposals (i.e. putting forth proposals on other governance forums) is queued; get familiar so you can vote.

Weekly Planning (41 attendees) slides
While trade volume and mint volume are slightly down on the week, daily revenue is up. Governance participation has been up lately, and IIP-75 is live with a FT Web3 Engineer offer to @0xModene! The community is in full support of the Index 2.0/Autonomy Roadmap outlined by the Autonomy Group, a testament to how thoughtfully that crew pulled the moving pieces together; much more to be done, with a the first of several workshops this Thursday: Future of Finance #1 (check community calendar; advance reading here).
Treasury WG had a couple important IIPs passed last week (72, 79) and is looking to do a detailed breakout of cost-centers in the coming weeks. Engineering WG deployed the FT Contributor vesting contracts, the $BED and $DPI rebalances will be this week, and the MetaGov tech ops handoff has started. Product WG gave shouts to @asoong for help on the autonomy front, and @scott_lew_is for help with the FLI fee split discussions; thanks gents.
Growth WG has been leveraging some of the recent analysis done by @MrMadila regarding the relative effectiveness of tweets and scheduling more on weekends. @LemonadeAlpha wasn’t on the line but got a shout for being fun, and @Financial-Freedom got a shout from multiple WGs for just absolutely killing it lately! Language Ops has been unlocking some great content for other regions; otherwise WGs have been looking inward to improve on operational efficiency. POCWG surfaced that discord kind of sucks for video calls and will be moving back to Google Meet for the New Joiner calls. Other shouts: @pujimak_in for being on top of EVERYTHING, @sixtykeys for getting proposals out, and @oneski22 for hosting community calls on MetaGov.

The sCoop has been providing live governance information and links here, as well as results; however, starting today @sixtykeys will be posting a Governance Update in the forum weekly, providing even more useful information on live votes, with a recap of the previous week’s results. You can still link from there directly to snapshot and we’ll be sure to highlight anything that’s under quorum with less than 24 hours to go.
