Today, the Weekly Stand-Up took center stage as the lone Coop meeting of the day. PWG has moved to meet every other week and will return next Monday along with the APAC Biweekly Sync. Tomorrow is a packed Tuesday with Analytics, $GMI - Community Call, Wizardry, and a spot of TOC Tea Time.

@BigSky7 took his final turn in the chair, before graciously passing the torch over to @catjam will take over duties. On behalf of all the Owls, thanks to @BigSky7 for bringing enthusiasm, positivity, and a healthy dose of BigSky Energy to get the Coop aligned and ready to tackle the week. Weâre in great hands with @catjam and look forward to her direction as Standup Leader
The Facebook/Meta announcement put the metaverse front and center and provided a boost for us and others in this segment of the market. @jdcook reported that MVI saw a 50% increase in AUM (inflow of ~$16 million). @caf from the GWG encouraged getting the word about MVI on Twitter and other social platforms. Impression mining rewards are available starting at 1k impressions.
JD also noted that the C.R.E.A.M. hack resulted in a ~$5 million outflow for DPI and ETH2x-FLI has now overtaken DPI and currently has the highest AUM.
@lavi noted that the GOWG is making progress with aligning and defining its mission to simplify governance. @mel.eth will be available for office hours from 14:00-16:00 UTC. Theyâll be making an open call for MetaGovernance member nominations by late this week or early next week.
@Pepperoni_Joe highlighted the start of contributor tipping via Discord is about to roll out with Collab.Land bot & the trialing of Coordinape within the top working group. Donât worry, Index 2.0 is coming. Joe and the team have been putting in the work so be patient and stay tuned.
Did somebody say party? @jujube invited the Coop to join her and the Women + NB of Index WG at their weekly call for a kickoff party (Friday 15:00 UTC). She also gave a shout to @Lfeld for her work, so go declare your pronouns on Discord: #pronoun-rowles. Juanna also provided a great breakdown of the mentorship pilot program (Cultivation Cohort) & WICâs collaboration with TOC to revamp the new joiner form & onboarding.
@DocHabanero and the product team have a new product onboarding tracker and anticipate smooth sailing for iRobot. Theyâre now the Simple Composite Indices pod. A so fresh & so clean, clean-cut @afromac noted that the LINK2x-FLI product proposal is on the forum. MATIC2x-FLI is on hold due to LTV on Aave doesnât currently allow us to launch a FLI product with a leverage ratio in a range that weâre satisfied with. Progress is trying to be made through Aave forums.
@edwardk from EWG had an action item for anyone thatâs a multi-sig signer or anyone that can sign on behalf of IC. Check out this guide: Import IC Address book into Gnosis to shore up security. @dylan has Index Coop & Set EWG/PGW collab update posted in the forum.
@caf and @Static121 noted that Growth/Design are collaborating on video and educational content. Reach out to them if you have ideas and suggestions for the highest priority topics you think would be most beneficial. A âlearn & earnâ initiative is being explored as well.
@mrvls_brkfst gave a shout to @Etsuran for translating the Annual Report into Japanese - Index CoopăŽĺš´ćŹĄĺ ąĺć¸ăčŞă. @Mringz and the BDWG amongst other things have reconnected with SOL and working on a native product for their ecosystem. @fallow8/IB are making inroads and having conversations with asset onboarding folks at some of the major US-based exchanges. NO IB on Tuesday as theyâre at NFT.NYC.
@Vanita gave a thorough rundown of A+P WG efforts to raise awareness and bring IC products to India and the Asia/Pacific markets.
@BigSky7 was pumped to hear about these worldwide efforts.
